“Well designed newly built structure so we never imagined that we'd encounter bug infestation. We removed from the bedding insects that we saw but were bitten by bugs during the night. We notified management so hopefully they'll secure competent pest control services.”

“We have stayed at this Hampton Inn a number of times and this was the best it’s been. The room was clean and fresh. The A/C was working great. The curtains with the blockout shades really did the job. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“Room was very clean as well as breakfast room and such. But the room had a very strong bathroom fragrance smell. I did not like it at all. Smelled it all night. Also, the water pressure was fabulous and plenty of hot water, but apparently had not been run for a while in the shower cuz it came out a very dark rust color when I first started it. “The room was good for the price and the pets stay free. Bed was good enough. My only complaint is the bathroom towels looked like they were 20 years old. They were brown, ruff and thin. They looked dirty. On another note the McDonald’s for breakfast was terrible. Food was old , small and coffee tasted like instant.”

“Staff was not very friendly and it took a couple of times calling on the phone to get information because a child was playing with the phone. There was no swimming pool and the information needs to be updated on Expedia. We requested a downstairs room because my husband recently had back surgery and I was traveling with my 83 year old mother who has mobility issues. I notified them on Monday via email I needed a downstairs room and we didn’t check in until Friday. They had four days to respond……

“Check in was Simple. The location of this rental is at a beautiful event venue-Suttle Ridge. This rental is the guest quarters behind the main quarters and there is also a beautiful pavilion with an amazing views. The main quarters and pavilion were rented for part of our stay. The owners were very transparent from the start about this. I mistakenly did not read the full amenities while booking and discovered upon arrival there was no air conditioning. There were two large fans but it was a bit……

“Excellent place to stay! Great for the dog! The hosts were FANTASTIC! Beautiful scenery, very clean, 10 minute drive to HSU. We will definitely stay here every time we come to see our daughter in college!!!”

“The host was incredibly gracious. We had a very weird schedule. They were flexible with us and worked with us to make sure we could extend our stay. We so appreciate it and it definitely is going to become our home away from home when we visit my in-laws in Arkansas.”
